EXPRESS CONSENT STATEMENT WITHIN THE FRAMEWROK OF LAW ON PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Within the framework of related articles of 6698 numbered “Law on Protecting Personal Data (KVK Law), I openly give my consent about the fact that I am informed by the said Association about below issues; 

By Mediterranean Association of Touristic Hoteliers and Operators (hereafter the “Association”), based on Regulation on Protection and Processing of Personal Data of the Association and the Clarification Text, under the title of “Data Representative of Personal Information” or their assigned data processor, after taking all the necessary security measures; in order to supply services given to the members under better conditions; these services to be obtained safely and continuously; participant contentment levels to be as high as possible; necessary operations about these services to be done; operations to be conducted and developed; conducting publicity, marketing, advertisement and campaign activities of the services and activity plans; the participants to be informed about updates, developments and etc. services; for a good conference experience is given to the participants; their direct or indirect information about identification, address, communication and etc. information to be stored within the duration specified in the said law for purposes stipulated thereto and based on general principles mentioned 6698 numbered “Law On Protecting Personal Data (KVK Law) Article 4; for these data to be processed, obtained, stored, stored in electronic or physical media for processing within a certain period of time, modified, re organised, explained and identified based on the regulation and transferred, taken over, classified, processed or using of this data can be banned. 



Including my special data identified within the framework of KVK Law, by filling out this form, I also give my consent about the fact that; my data can be processed, used and shared only within the said process; stored within required period of time. What is more, I am adequately informed about the above processes and I read and acknowledged about Regulation on Protection and Processing of Personal Data of the Association and the Clarification Text.
